He has been an entrepreneur since 2009, and since 2015, as Dr. UnboxKing, he has been building one of Germany’s biggest tech channels, followed by more than 390,000 people. Brands such as Netflix, Microsoft, Sony and PlayStation work with him under confidentiality, long before anyone else is allowed to see their products.

There is a reason he devotes himself to the inner load men carry. Over the years, he lost three men from his circle to suicide. Even as a child, he lacked the tools for the fight with himself, and no one held him when things got hard, so he gave up martial arts, one of the biggest mistakes of his life. What followed were long years at a desk that ruined his body while the mental load kept growing. At the bedside of his seriously ill son, he worked his way deep into knowledge of the body and of load, not out of interest but out of necessity. In 2020 he himself was at his limit, exactly the kind of man he warns about today.

Instead of giving up, he fought his way back. Step by step he rebuilt himself, physically, mentally, emotionally, and returned to martial arts, all the way to master rank. His viewers followed this entire journey, the crash and the rebuilding. At some point the first men from his community came to him, going through the same thing he had, and asked for help. That is how Stabiler Kern came about. How solid this work is became clear between 2023 and 2025, when everything hit at once: his company was on the brink of closing, and at the same time his family was hit by heavy strain. More pressure than ever before. But this time, what he had built over decades held. He steered himself through that time instead of being torn apart by it, and was there for his wife and his children.

He is a master of Korean martial arts and works with breath, movement and bodywork. Today he teaches children, adults and, above all, men. He has been an entrepreneur for seventeen years, married for sixteen years, and is the father of four children. He gives them what no one gave him as a child.
